Privacy Policy

Tower Troll: Trap Climb is a mobile game developed by Genaxa ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we handle your information.
Information We Collect
This policy covers Tower Troll on Android (Google Play) and on iPhone (App Store). Tower Troll does not require a Genaxa account, login, name, email address, or phone number. Third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, and purchase services may process the device, usage, advertising, diagnostic, and purchase-status data described below.
Locally Stored Data
Coins, skins, power-ups, daily counters, settings, and other economy data are stored locally. Eligible Android versions may include the campaign-progress and endless-progress database in encrypted cloud backup or device-to-device transfer. The economy and preferences file is excluded, so locally earned economy items are not guaranteed to return after uninstall, clear-data, or device loss. On iPhone, the same game data is kept in the app's local storage on the device; it may be included in iCloud or computer backups of the device according to your Apple settings.
Advertising
We use Google AdMob with Unity Ads mediation for rewarded and interstitial ads. Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and the participating provider, these services may process approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, purchase history, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and app functionality. Where required, Google's consent system is shown before ad requests, and privacy options are provided when available. On iPhone, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you choose "Allow" when Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt asks; you can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. If you do not allow tracking, ads are still shown, without that identifier.
The app also includes mediation SDKs for the following advertising partners. A partner may process device and ad-interaction data when it participates in an ad request:
- Unity Ads — included in the current release
- Pangle — included in previously distributed v1.7.15; removed from v1.7.16
In-App Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play on Android and by Apple's App Store on iPhone. We do not collect or store payment card or billing information; payment is handled by Google or Apple as described in the Google Payments Privacy Notice and the Apple Privacy Policy. The game records only whether a purchase is owned so it can unlock the item.
Children's Privacy
Tower Troll is not directed at children under 13. If the intended audience or store age settings change, advertising, identifier, consent, and Families-policy requirements will be reviewed before release. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Analytics & Crash Reporting
Firebase Analytics records gameplay and app-interaction events such as screens visited, floors played, ad events, and session information. Firebase Crashlytics records crash logs, device and app information, and diagnostics. These records can be associated with pseudonymous app or device identifiers; we do not describe them as anonymous.
Data Deletion
You can delete local game data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the game. On Android, backup copies are controlled by Android and your Google account; on iPhone, iCloud and computer backups are controlled by Apple and your Apple Account. Advertising, analytics, crash, and purchase records are governed by each provider's deletion and retention processes.
